Hope you all had a dece Holiday. NYE is nigh, but for today, here’s a solid vid from The Joe, made by the fine folks at Highwire Films. Amazing work by everyone involved, but a special kudos to all the local kingpins who humbly took part. You know who you are.
Enjoy!

As a promoter, I can’t stress enough how it important it is for kids to show up for concerts on TIME. Get there on time.

HOMECOMING

as an infrequent but nevertheless ticket-paying concert-goer, i can’t stress enough how it important it is for promoters and bands to start concerts on TIME. don’t wait for us to get more drunk. we want to catch the last bus and go to bed at a decent hour.

Agreed! It’s kind of a chicken and egg scenario though… bands/promoters don’t typically want to play to an empty or near empty room, if they can wait longer for more people to show up late. I sympathize with the punctual among the scene, rare as they are.
